How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and select maisie. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.

I was charged after I thought I had cancelled. What should I do?

Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google, not by us directly. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. We are happy to help clarify anything on our end — just email us.

Can I edit or delete an entry I have already saved?

Yes. Open the entry, tap the options menu (three dots or a pencil icon depending on your version), and choose Edit or Delete. Deleted entries are removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

When will my Storyboard book ship, and how do I track it?

Storyboard orders are fulfilled by our print partner and typically ship within 7–10 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received this within 12 business days of ordering, please email us with your order reference and we will look into it.

How do I export my data or delete my account?

You can request a full export of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email support@maisieapp.com and we will respond within 30 days. For full details on what we hold and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

Something else isn't working. What should I do?

Email us at support@maisieapp.com and include your device type, operating system version, and a short description of what you were doing when the problem occurred. Screenshots help too. We will come back to you as soon as we can.
